Digital strategy consultancy PENSO has been appointed to lead the digital transformation and user experience of the Judicial College of Victoria.
The Judicial College of Victoria educates and guides judicial officers presiding over Victorian jurisdictions: Supreme Court, County Court, Magistrates Court, Children’s Court, Coroners Court and VCAT.
The College develops “judge-led” materials in order to educate judicial officers and ensure continuous professional development of all judicial officers. These educational materials come in the form of legal publications and broader education programs, and are distributed online and via physical publications and a wide range of events, seminars and classes. The work of the College is highly valued by both the judiciary and the legal profession.
PENSO has been tasked with developing the digital strategy and user experience for the College, which includes digital transformation, content strategy, channel strategy, technology strategy and monetisation strategy. It will work alongside Chief Justices, Justices, Judges, Magistrates, Tribunal Members and many other members of the legal profession to deliver a detailed strategic approach. The goal for the eventual platform is that it will transform the College’s ability to maximise every hour of judicial development.
“We are delighted and honoured to be working with the College to transform their digital approach and bring this project to life.”
