With a focus on seamless, practical user experience, PENSO built the Melbourne Market website from scratch to be compatible across desktop, mobile and tablet. The website build included infrastructure to enable guest of the market to undertake and complete online inductions for staff, partners and guests.
PENSO are continuing to work with the Melbourne Market team to initiate and develop further channel solutions for the benefit of over 4,000 businesses and 1,800 plus fruit and vegetable buyers.
dnata has more than 300 businesses in 55 countries, with more than 75 clients. However, the dnata.com site did not reflect the business, nor was it an effective tool to drive commercial outcomes and position dnata as a career brand. The base UX was confusing, the design was becoming dated, the site had no CMS and wasn't mobile friendly. The website did not showcase dnata as a global brand.
